I also tend to slip up whenever I’m talking about a pair in which one of the people is named Kurt or Sam. I’ll mean to say “Sam and Dean” and accidentally say “Sam and Kurt” instead.  I’ll be talking about “Frodo and Sam” and say “Kurt and Sam”. All the time.
